How Does it Work?
We are an electronic repair service that specializes in hardware fixes for Computers and Consoles. If you have a problem with an old Wii, or maybe your work laptop, we're exactly what you need! We do not service phones, tablets or Macs/Apple Products.
If you live in the regions of Delaware County or South Philadelphia, we will pick up your broken device free of charge. Devices are carefully stored and transported to one of our locations for repair, and then driven back when the repair is completed.
Drop-off Instructions
If you live outside of the pick-up service area you can drop-off your device at one of our locations. We have a drop-off location in Norwood and one in Ridley Park. An appointment is required to ensure that somebody will be there to receive your device.

At-Home Service Visits?
If you live in Delaware County or South Philadelphia, we offer at-home visits for diagnostics and minor repairs. All major repairs should be done in our labs where we keep a plethora of equipment.
Estimate and Appointment Instructions
First, find our contact information below. We will respond to all emails and voicemails within 24-hours of receiving them (usually sooner). Please describe the service you are requesting (Deep-Clean, Repair, PC Building, At-Home Visit). Then, provide a description of your problem, as well as the type of device being serviced. If we have any more questions we will ask beforehand.
Before a final price can be given, the condition of the device and the symptoms need to be replicated in order for us to come up with a labor cost. These estimates are done completely free, and will usually be performed when we pick-up the device. If you are dropping off your device we will perform our tests in the lab and provide the price ASAP.
Pricing and Service Fees
Pick-up and Drop-off is free. As stated before, our estimate process is done for free. Even if you aren't satisfied with our price and choose not to do the repair
Repair prices depend on complexity, but we will always offer the best cost possible!
Your labor price is locked in after we give it to you. Even if it takes longer to repair the device than expected, we will never charge you extra for labor.
If at any point we determine that parts need to be replaced, we will first contact you to notify you. We will charge you for the price of the part, but there will be no added fees for labor.
For PC Building we will charge you for the exact total cost of parts plus labor to build the computer for you. OS and other software installation is free, but a Windows License is typically $17-$20 (this is needed to remove the "Activate Windows" watermark on the bottom right corner. If you want a different operating system, make sure to specify.
